CLA Statement on Bill C-11

The Canadian Library Association (CLA) has prepared a statement in response to Bill C-11, “Protecting the Public Interest in the Digital World Revisited for Bill C-11”.
This brief builds on CLA’s response to the previous copyright bill, C-32, and includes some new considerations, in light of recent national and international developments on copyright issues.
